Wrap:
Apples 3-4 apples per wrap.
(blended and dehydrated for 10-12 hrs
after 6 hrs you will have to turn it on the other side)
Filling: (for 2 small wraps)
1 cup of poppy seeds
1/2 a cup of raisins
1 lemon squeezed
Lemon peel (hint)
Blend, fill, roll. That's it! ;-)
